On August 6, 2026, the Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA) formalized a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with Tuoi Tre Online Newspaper.
The signing ceremony brought together executive leadership, academic council representatives, and media department directors from both institutions. Representing VAA was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Hoai An alongside institutional deans and faculty leadership, while Editor-in-Chief Tran Xuan Toan led the editorial and multimedia divisions of Tuoi Tre Newspaper. The gathering marked an essential step in bridging specialized aviation education with mainstream national journalism, laying down a structured roadmap for knowledge transfer, institutional branding, and community engagement.
Opening the session, Editor-in-Chief Tran Xuan Toan emphasized that the collaboration extends beyond conventional media coverage to build sustainable, multi-dimensional programs that support higher education. Affirming this vision, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Hoai An noted that partnering with Tuoi Tre Newspaper will actively amplify VAA’s academic values, scientific research breakthroughs, digital transformation efforts, and technological innovations across nationwide platforms. As part of their shared social commitment, the two organizations will immediately coordinate on the meaningful “Tiep Suc Den Truong” scholarship program to support underprivileged students in pursuing their academic journeys.
The working session detailed extensive operational ties across academic training, admissions advisory campaigns, and professional expertise sharing. Under the agreement, Tuoi Tre Newspaper will support VAA in establishing its upcoming communications major by co-designing practical course modules and delivering specialized instruction in newsroom translation and multimedia production. In return, VAA will introduce leading aviation scientists, researchers, and faculty members to serve as expert speakers and contributors for specialized forums, analytical seminars, and policy discussions organized by the newspaper. Furthermore, both parties will run collaborative training workshops on public relations, admissions media strategies, and crisis communications for academy staff, lecturers, and students.
The ceremony concluded with the official signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, marking a shared commitment to long-term educational innovation, societal engagement, and elevating public awareness of Vietnam’s aviation landscape.
