Together with vice presidents, department heads, and academic staff, the leaders held deep discussions on how to create a modern training model. This partnership focuses heavily on internationalizing the educational experience for students and faculty alike. Under the new agreement, both universities will actively support academic exchanges, joint research projects, and specialized training programs designed around international standards. Beyond classroom learning, a major priority of this alliance is to strengthen direct connections with the aviation market. This means creating robust student exchange initiatives, providing hands-on internship opportunities, and fostering practical knowledge transfer that moves away from mass education toward focused, high-quality training.

By teaming up with an advanced educational institution from South Korea, VAA gives its student body a distinct competitive advantage. Accessing a modern, globally integrated curriculum not only sharpens their professional competencies but also greatly enhances their employability at major multinational corporations after graduation. Looking ahead, VAA remains dedicated to its long-term vision of becoming a premier regional hub for high-quality aviation training, ensuring its graduates are fully equipped to keep global skies safe, efficient, and well-connected.
